The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office today charged Earl Bennett, 40, with 3 counts of second-degree intentional murder in an Oct. 27 shooting at a homeless encampment in Minneapolis.
The three victims in the encampment shooting were Christopher Martell Washington, Louis Lemons Jr., and Samantha Jo Moss.
