Aaron Hjermstad found guilty on multiple criminal sexual conduct charges

On November 18, Aaron Hjermstad was found guilty of multiple criminal sexual conduct charges he faced in four separate cases, Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman announced Thursday. He will be sentenced Janurary 21, 2022.
Following a stipulated facts and evidence trial in front of Judge Martha Holton Dimick, Hjermstad, 42, of Brooklyn Center, was found guilty of the following charges:
- First-degree criminal sexual conduct (Case 27-CR-20-14427)
- Fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct (Case 27-CR-20-22978)
- Solicitation of a child, and, second-degree criminal sexual conduct (Case 27-CR-20-13613)
- Second-degree criminal sexual conduct (Case 27-CR-20-15321)
Per Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines, Hjermstad is expected to receive 144 months in prison.
